Antec P180 case height

As the title says, can anyone with a P180 tell me how tall the case is without the top fan vent? Trying to fit it under a particular desk, that's why I want to know. Antec quotes 21.3in, but doesn't say if thats with or without the vent. Thanks so much for your time!
