Antec P180/182 replacements

I have an Antec p182 and apparently its front panel is famous for being kind of cheap. My USB ports have been busted for years, and I cant seem to find replacement parts from retailers in the US. I found a few in Canada that wont ship to the US.

Is it possible to fix the ports or would I need to replace the whole front panel?
