Antec P160 Provide Sufficient Cooling?

I was looking for some additional opinions regarding my new PC build. I am going with an AMD X2 555 BE with a GTX 470 setup. After reading the reviews on AT about how hot the GTX 470 runs under load I am wondering if my Antec P160 will provide adequate cooling or not (2 x 120MM fans). So what do you think?

You should be ok, the stock HSF , getting CAI , need k&n air filter. Where can I dl this.. thx .. gl
