Antec P160 owners: where do you put the two temperature probes?

is it possible to use one of them to detect the CPU temp?

If the lead wires to the temp probe are ultra thin you can mount it underneath your processor as shown in the Thermaltake "cool mod" instructions here. (scroll about halfway down)

That said, I always make sure not to interfere with the mobo's socket probe though. Try to make sure that your thermal probe doesn't sit in between the cpu and the socket probe.

I usually put one on one of the hard drives and another close to the video card (if not on it). That goes for any case that has the thermal probes. For fans with the probes, I try to get them as deep into the case as possible so that the fan supplies enough flow to the insides.
