My system is in my signature.

I have a Sunon 3100RPM 120mm intake fan and a Panaflo 120mm Ultra output 2750RPM exhaust fan. My video card temp using the nVidia control panel are around 64-66 at idle. My case temp and what not using ASUS Probe is like CPU: 39 and I think case is 49 somewhere really close. The ambient for the video card is like 48.

There is no other places to add more fans. My intake fan kinda just blows over my two hard drives and doesn't push much more air through the case. Should I be looking to maybe modify the case and add another 120mm in there some where? I have another Panaflo 120mm that I could add.

Good question. My idle temp is a bit higher than yours (43C) but see my sig for why :) I've been toying with going to a watercooling solution but I really don't want to do it - just don't wanna hassle with it honestly.

Wish there were a good answer for you. I just don't think it gets any cooler for me, with air anyways. So far tho it doesn't appear to be a big deal. I hit 59 or 60C when I crank up EQ2 but othewise it stays in the low 40's

My case temps hover around 30C at full load. Though my video card just burned out, at 66C acording to sensor.

Best way to cool the case is to cut a 120 mm case fan opening on the side of the case (between the graphic card and the CPU cooling fan). This will allow cold room temp air to cool the GPU and CPU. You may want to bolt a low-medium speed 120 mm case fan to this opening if the temps are still high. There is no need to run the front and rear 120 mm fans at such a high rpm. 1500 to 2000 rpm should be sufficient for most systems.

Antec fan that came with case in front, Panaflo 120x38 M1A fan in rear, both running @7v
Mobo case sensor: ~30C
CPU: ~33C idle, ~45C load
6800GT: ~51C idle, ~60C load w/Zalman VF-700alcu

Ditto.

I have three 120mm Thermaltake blue LED fans. One intake, one exhaust, and one on my XP-120. Temps are below 40C load and generally below 30C idle. At least that's what my mobo says.

same here. I have the Antec SmartCool as Intake and Exhaust...case temps are about 83F which is not too bad

Ive got the stock 120mm on the front, nothing on the rear(i should change that) and a 120mm blowhole on the top for my watercooling rad. case temps stay nice because all the heat is blown directly out of the system.
