My system is in my signature. I'd like to mount a 120mm fan on my case door. Reason being is that I feel that my NB47J passive chipset cooler is getting really hot and it might be the causes of my intermittent hard lock ups. I already have a Panaflo 120mm. The thing is, how big of a hole would I cut through the side so that it can suck and push air? I already mounted the fan so I have the mounting holes drilled through.

Or, better yet, order a Thermalright NB-1 active cooler. It's roughly $13 + shipping and does a fine job. You can get aluminum at that price, or pay more for a copper sink.

120mm fan template that I made myself with a scanner and a fan. Its resolution is 300dpi, in case it isn't sized right when you print it. It should be fine though. Just don't use Paintbrush to print it - I think it always uses 96dpi.
