Antec overture owners, is it possible to do stealth optical drive?

If you don't know what I mean, I want to mount the rectangular drive bay cover to the front of the opticla drive, so that it looks like there is no drive installed. So has anyone done this yet? Any good pics of the drive cage available, does it allow the drive to be mounted like and extra 1/8" or so back, so that the cover mounts flush?
