Here's a link to the product at antec-inc.com (w/picture). I had one of these...they are pretty much useless. Unless you have a pocket of dead air that you can't get circulation in your case to, I wouldn't get one.

A better slot fan from antec is the Cyclone Blower in my opinion (still nothing great though.) Scroll down on the above link to see the picture and if you want, buy it from Amazon for $11 shipped.

You can also pick these up at Fry's for the same price. Or if you go to a computer show, they usually have them for $10. Not Antec branded, but it's the exact same product. I have one but really not too much use for it. Works ok for AT setups if you don't have a fan other than the PS on the back, but with most new cases it's not needed.

Cyclone sucks too. Buy.com carries exact duplicates under the startech brand. Better bargain if used with coupons.

Here's some of the startech fans that would be more effective for reducing case temperature:
