I just purchased Antec NSK4482B w/ 380 watts power supply for my new build

CPU: Intel Core i7 950
Motherboard: ASUS P6X58D-E LGA
GPU: PowerColor 4650 512MB
Cooler: Corsair H50
Memory: G.SKILL PI Series 6GB (3 x 2GB)
SSD: OCZ Agility 2 60 GB
Storage: Hitachi 1 TB 7200 RPM 32 MB Cache
DVD Drive: HP 1260i 24X SATA

Apart from these I will be using a 56K modem and LAN card.

This is work PC and non-gamer and will do overclocking a bit.

My budget is little tight. Will 380 watts be sufficient enough to power all these or should I go for a better PSU?

Thanks in advance.

The (probably Delta built) EA380 included with the Antec case is good enough for that build.

The PSU inside the Antec NSK4482B is indeed the Delta manufactured EarthWatts green 380W. It's a quality unit that presents a good voltage regulation and high efficiency and is able to provide all the power you need for running your system.
