This seems a nice desktop or HTPC case. Comes with an EarthWatts EA380 PSU which is good enough for just about anything except the highest end GPUs (Radeon 2900, 8800GTS/GTX/Ultra). It may be good enough for an 8800GT or Radeon 3xxx series, but I'll leave that arguement for the experts.

The case takes mATX motherboards and has pretty good ventilation, plus nice soft HDD grommets.

I just got mine in today from ZZF and am looking forward to transferring my HTPC out of my old Cooler Master ATC620.

Sell the chip and buy something newer - just a suggestion. Micro Center has a combo for around $70 for a mATX socket AM2 board with an AMD Sparta chip (low voltage Sempron). Pair that with a 2GB RAM kit for under $30 after rebate (Frys.com).
