Antec NeoPower 480 overheating?

My mobo probe is telling that my Antec NeoPower 480 is overheating by beeping with the case speaker everytime it is over 70C. I check Abit EQ and the temp gets up to 72c, 73c or even higher sometimes when I use toast to stress my processer. Also, need for speed u2 crashes sometimes after the PSU gets over 70C. I know that mobo probe is never really accurate about temp but how hot is too hot for a PSU? Mine seems quite hot when I touch it.
Thanks in advance.

Yes, the only one 120mm fan inside the PSU is working.
My case temp vary from 30-35c, CPU 37c/55c (idle/load)

i think theres something wrong with your PSU then cause it shoudl NOT be that hot

is there a short someplace that you can see?

When I set back my CPU clock from 2814MHz (201FSB, 14x) to 2600MHz (200FSB, 13x). My PSU is running at 65C max. Does that mean my PSU is overloading? (480w not being enough?)

Plextor DVD-R
Floppy
Asetek Waterchill K12A-L30 (I think it doesn't really drain any power from the PSU because it use a T-cable to drain power from the power cord from section between the wall and the PSU)
