Antec NeoPower 480 +12V question

Does anyone know how the Antec NeoPower distributes it's two +12V lines? It has two +12V lines with the following max load capabilities: +12V1:18A, +12V2:15A. However, looking at the manual (pdf), it would appear that the ATX main connector, Peripheral (molex) and floppy connectors, SATA Power connector, and the PCI Express connector all draw from +12V1. Leaving only the +12V Fan connector, which I don't even intend to use, running off the +12V2 line.

It is possible that I'm just mis-reading the manual.

The main reason I'm looking at the NeoPower is that it is a modular Power supply by Antec. Also, with the extra connectors, it has 4 SATA Power Connectors. I currently have 4 SATA hard drives. I also like the idea of actually being able to provide the 3.3V lines for the "next-generation" SATA drives. If anyone has any other reccomendations, I'd be interested in hearing them, but I don't want this to be another "Which PSU should I get" thread.

EDIT: Whoops, should have searched a little while longer:
Just found this review which states "+12V1 line feeds only the main 2x12V connector" which I assume means the main ATX power connector. That said, is 15A enough for 4+HDDs, 2x Optical Drives, and a PEG graphics card?

+12V1:18A = Main 20/24P, molexs, PCIe 6-pin, etc.
+12V2:15A = P4/Processor 4-pin (2x2 pin configuration) only

how do you know its not the other way around? 18A/15A 😕

also I thought the p4/processor + main 20/24p were in one and the molex+pci-e were on the other......

I just know 😛. Actually because that's what it says in the manual. Also you're right in that the P4/Processor 4P + Main 20/24P can be on one rail & molex, PCIe, etc. can be on the other. It's just that not all 2-rail PSUs follow that method of power distribution. In cases like with the Neopower, it has a different power distribution design.
