Abit IP-35E

Don't look at overall wattage. Check out the quality of each brand and the amperage availible on the 12V rails. You don't find that by adding up the amperage ratings listed on the labels. You have to find where it mentiones the total wattage being supplied ot just the 12V rails and divide that by 12 to get the actual total amperage the PSU offers. Somtimes the label will tell you the max. But the Antec has the better quality.

The Antec is much better. IIRC the Neo Power is a Seasonic with decent quality and the +12v combined output should be around 30A or so and with good efficiency. It should be more than sufficient for the specs you listed. The Ultra V-Series is a low budget model made by Wintech, IIRC. It is a lesser build quality than the Neo Power, and an older design with lower +12v output than more modern 500W PSUs plus efficiency is lower. HOWEVER, if you were running an older rig that used more 3.3v and 5v and less +12v, then the V-Series may actually be a better match. BUT, you're not, so go with the Antec.
