I suggest you just wait for a sale on a good PSU from newegg. Neo HE first came out in 2005, by now you're working with a 10 year old PSU. Even if you find replacement cables between cables and shipping you'll pay close to $10-15 and you'll still be stuck with 10 year old power supply. You can usually get seasonic built PSU on sale for $35, I think that's a much better use of your money than trying to find cables for NeoHE.
