I'm upgrading my main PC which has a NEO HE 430w from a couple of years ago. I like it because it runs quiet. Now, would it be sufficient to run the following rig stably?

E8400
2 x 2GB DDR2
Passively cooled mobo
3 x SATA HD
1 Optical Drive
1 8800GT/S
2x120mm fans (case + CPU)
1 Sound card

I doubt I want to overclock the CPU, and definitely no SLI.

Would stable operation be no problem or should I get a new PSU?

Thanks in advance

I think I'm just gonna get a HX520. I want another PSU anyway for another PC, and this should give better reliability esp if I decide to overclock.

Either one will be fine. The deciding factor is the graphics card, which is only an 8600GT.

The Corsair is of overall better quality and the modular interface is a big plus.

Oops I made a typo there. What I want is the 8800GT! :D

The Antec has modular cables as well. But considering various factors like wattage, age of PSU, other needs, I'm gonna get the HX520. From what I read on silentpcreview.com, the HX520 is about 15 dB lower in noise at 300W, which is very good, since noise is a big deal to me.
