This PSU is made by SeaSonic, so you can automatically assume that it isn't crap. While this costs more than the recent Corsair CX430 deals, this is a better (by a tiny bit?) quality PSU which puts out more +12v power, so it is a better choice for a modern rig while the CX430 is a better choice for an older rig.

Note that it doesn't come with a power cord. May be an issue for some, so I thought I would toss that out there.
