I'm considering buying the Antec Lanboy, but I don't like how floppy and opitcal drives don't come in the silver of the case. I think it's tacky having a silver case with these beige/black parts sticking out. I know you can close the panel to cover the drives, but that would still bug me.

Are there any drives that come in that silverish colour or are there any replacement front bezels I can use to replace on the drives to match the colour of the case?

If not, I'll probably get the Antec Sonata as it's pretty easy getting black drives.

Thanks for any help!

FWIW.....As long as the drives are the same color, I think a contrast of color to the Lanboy's silver looks just fine. My drives are beige, and they look good in my Lanboy....plus I didn't have to buy any new drives.

I noticed an aluminum case called an Xsonic, I think it might be basically the same case as the Lanboy and/or the 301ke, but I'm not sure...

Xsonic for $62.98

I like my lanboy. It really doesn't matter what color the drives are, just keep the door cover shut. I would suggest buying whatever drives that are the least expensive or swap out recycled drives from an older computer. I would save your money for a nice mobo and graphics card. The best feature about the LANBOY is it's sooo light. However, the case can be kinda of a tight fit. I upgraded my heatsink and it just barely fits.
