Antec Lanboy cooling issues

Has any had major issues with this case? I'm heading out to college again and the last time I go tired lugging around my Chieftec/Chenming clone to and from the dorms and to and from LAN parties. I'm looking into the Lanboy, and every reviewist has given it 9/10+ ratings but every review I've read from consumers say that it's not overclocking friendly and sky rockets temps. Could it be that horrible? I really don't want to buy a $90 case and having to painfully cut a blowhole and the stamped fan vents. I do a fair amount of overclocking and I didn't think a compact case would hurt it too much.
