Antec Lan Boy PSU Question

Will the Antec Lan Boy 350Watt PSU be enough to handle this system:

Abit NF7-S Rev 2.0
Corsair 2x512MB XMS PC3200
Athlon XP 2500+ Barton Core
Maxtor 80GB 7200RPM 8MB buffer
Lite On 52x32x52 CD-RW
Gainward Geforce FX 5900 Ultra

And I am planning on doing some CPU Overclocking, possibly GPU and RAM Overclocking also.

I would think so... my bro has the same PS with a 2100+@2700+ 1.75... 3 HDs... 2 optical drives... 1GB ram... 4 fans... and a 9700 Pro... rock stable.
