Antec I and II connectors?

Hey guys, I'm just wondering what these wires do, I know they run to LEDS in the front panel, I'm just confused as to where I would connect them, they are labeled, I and II, any help would be appreciated.

SCSI cards are one use for them. I hooked up one of mine to my Adaptec 19160.
