Antec EW380 for 29.99 w/FS (No Rebate!)

Pretty good deal on a sweet power supply. Not as good as the $30 - $15 rebate but still great for a rock solid power supply.
There's more than 1 thread of this power supply being tested to the limit with great results with an overclocked e6600 and 8800gtx online.
Mine stays cool to the touch in an htpc even with little airflow. By the way, I got mine from buy.com back when it was ~$2.50 after rebate and cashback.
 
I was lucky when they got this onsale for $5AR last year. Pretty good one enough for anything with a weak g-card. I tried a OCed E2xxx on it no problem, but of course it's using a weak pci-e card.
