I hate rebates so I like this better than the 430W deal.

Depends. All the 650W are Delta. The other ones depends on the model number. For instance, EA500 is Seasonic. EA500D is Delta. AFAIK Antec will eventually be replacing all except the EA380.

Hoping to see some comparison reviews on the web between Seasonic and Delta-made Earthwatts soon.

The manual that came with my 380w Earthwatts made in late '07 already listed on the cover "EA380, EA430D, EA500D" as the models.
