The Antec Earthwatts 430 is down to $40, after $30mir, with free shipping at Newegg. I got one for $30 a month ago, so you may want to hold out...who knows 
It runs quiet (imo) and has 34A combined on two rails. I think that this is a much better pick than a Corsair VX450 if anyone is looking for a cheaper psu.
