Antec Earthwatt vs TruePower Trio?

So I have a 650w earthwatt and a 430w truepower trio PSU and need to decide which one to use for my build.

q6600 all stock
intel G31pr mobo
1x sata hd
1x sata dvdrw
hd2600 pro

I am trying to make a near silent computer and am using an Antec P182 case. I plan on running this computer 24/7. Will the 430w be enough if I intend to upgrade the graphics card in the future? Which one would you recommend? Thanks in advance.

More quiet: NeoPower 550W vs. EarthWatts 500W

As for wattage, if you are certain that you will not be overclocking, then 430 will be plenty for this system + most beefier video cards. (Insane-o dual GPU setups need not apply.)

Are you sure you haven't mixed the two up? I thought the truepower trio came in higher wattage and the earthwatts topped out at 500w.

Both have 430 and 650W versions.

Yup, new 650W EarthWatt. I think it is made by Delta. The TruePower Trio is Seasonic, AFAIK.

Which one to use? Flip a coin. If there's the chance of going huge on video, then the 650W for the future overhead, otherwise it may not matter.
