Currently, in my setup, ive been having some issues. While i have fixed my issues regarding stability to the most part, there are still some and i believe them to be power supply oriented.
In my previous thread in memory, I falsely diagnosed my stability and Posting issues to memory while in reality, the CPU pins on my mobo were slightly bent. I fixed that.
Now it has come to my attention something else may be wrong.
My rig's specs are in my signature along with a antec Earthwatt 650. my Overclocks to 3.2, 3.3 and 3.6 have largely been unsuccessful interms of long term stability and i think it is because of my PSU. My CPU temps with the new coolermaster hyper 212+ are about 23-25 idle and ~50 load on all cores give or take a few degrees. these temps seem fine
I only have to increase voltage to 1.275 or so for the 3.6 oc as well.
stability however can not be achieved for long periods of time. While playing WOW and l4d2, my computer would randomly blank up and freeze until i hard restarted. furthermore in Speed Fan, my Rails voltage readings seem to be very troubling.
currently im running nothing but 1 frame of google chrome and my voltages read
Vcore1:1.18
Vcore2:1.57
+3.3V: 3.33
+5V: 5.03
+12V: 3.90 (this troubles me)
-12V:-1.17(this also troubles me)
-5V:-8.53V(this also troubles me)
+5V:3.63V(this also troubles me)
Vbat:3.18V
When under load, the 12V's shoot up to like 15V and im not sure whether these readings are broken or what.

im curious as to what is causing this voltage differentials. also what exactly do each of these voltages mean.
If it helps, im also running 5 system fans and the cpu fan alongside what is in my signature.
Thanks for your help.
