I'm really happy with Antec right now.

One of the retaining clips broke off one of the side panels of my P180. Upon opening up a case with Antec support via their website, they promptly sent me a replacement side panel free of charge. The didn't even ask me to send the old one back!

Excellent & fast support from Antec. Doesn't get much better than that!

Do you think Antec will have a replacment front panel USB port? I freaking broke mine at a Lan party and it really sucks not having it. 🙁
 
Yes they will. I got a replacement from them before when they accidentally shipped a bunch of 3700AMBs with defective USB ports (or maybe they were only USB1.1 compatible and they should have been USB2.0 IIRC).

give them a call, you'll be surprised 😉 but how did you break a usb port... sticking a screw driver in it 😛

I fell down and took the USB joystick with me. 200 pounds of gamer will break something and the USB connector was the first to go
 
Yep, Antec wins by a long shot. My PSU fried the minute I turned it on. Antec's RMA service was great and I got my new unit within the week. Running great ever since 😀
 
Yeah, I've always loved Antec - when it comes to warranties. Can't beat a 3 year warranty for their cases.

I should give them a call, my side door doesn't latch anymore, I think my kids bent it out of shape (they can't stay away from things on the floor).

Did you have to send them the receipt for the door?
