I've been looking at few cases... and i m sooooo torn

Antec SX1040B and SX1040BII both looks sweet, Chieftec's Aluminium cases ($129 at newegg) looks good and Lian Li's cases are ooh-la-la too...

How am i gonna choose between these cases? help~~~~

Anyone with Chieftec PSUs? Heard bout Antec's truepower and Enermax's whisper series...but what about these?

What casing would u guys recommend for about $100? Aluminium cases if possible?

If you can afford a Lian-Li I would highly recommend getting one. The slide out motherboard tray with the part your cards mount on (what the heck is that part called anyway?) was a big plus for me. I was able to mount my motherboard and install my cards, memory, cpu etc outside of the case. The PS mounting bracket was a plus as well. Thumb screws throughout the case another big plus. It even had a plastic edge guard on part of the frame so you don't cut your hand on the sharp corner. The over all construction was impressive.

I am very pleased (as if you coudn't tell) with my PC60.

I have to agree. If you can afford the $$, nothing beats a Lian-Li. BUT, for $100, you'd be better off going for the Antec. IMHO, they're the next best thing after a Lian-Li. I just ordered a new SX1030B, and have heard good things.

I would say Cooler Master is one step above Lian Li.
For $100, you can't beat the value on Antec or Chieftec (all Chengmin case)

I second Nerdwannabe. Coolermaster, Lian-Li, Antec in order of quality and cost.

Thanks a lot people!

So now between Chieftec and Antec, which power supply has better reputation/quality/etc. ?
Heard lots about Antec TruePower...but what about Chieftec's?

Antec and Chieftec cases are both made by Chenming so just buy whatever you can find cheapest. The Antec TruePSUs are some of the best available, so you may want to go with an Antec case to get a TruePSU. But then again you can buy a Chieftec case without PSU and buy the Antec separately (like I did).
