Antec cases: KS188 vs. SX1030 (or something else?)

Hello all!

First, unlike a lot that post here, I *DO* have a budget....shooting for around $150 max for a case/PS/case fans.

I want to put in a 1.2Ghz Athlon/AMD 761 MB with 4HD's, 2 CD/burner/DVD floppy/zip.

I would like a cool case, but am probably not going to seriously overclock. I'll have a lot of devices: at least 4 5.25 and 5 3.5 bays required. I've been looking at the antec cases, and was curious what y'all thought were the pros and cons of these two listed:

SX1030

I'm leaning towards the KS188....but am I right in that they don't supply it with any fans???
If so, what are some good, not too terribly expensive fans I could put in there? Also, would the 350watt PS work fine for AMD and those devices?
With the SX1030, I'm not sure that 300W power supply would work for all this, but then that's why I'm asking y'all!
Finally, if you think one of these is decent, who would you suggest purchasing from in the US? (preferably midwest/east coast)

Your suggestions for these or alternate cases are welcome!

The SX1030 would probably work fine, I have one running a 1.33ghz Athlon, Geforce 2, CD and burner, 1 HDD and floppy/zip, 4 80mm fans, and a delta 60mm fan; it all runs fine on the 300w power supply.

Go w/the 1030. I have the 1040. (Same case, but w/a 400w PS) It will hold all your devices and then some. The 1030 comes w/two fans. You can get two more for another $20. Last time I checked, the 1030 was going for about $90 or so. Great case, you won't be dissapointed.

The SX1030 is much newer. Basically, the only reason to get the KS188 is if you have a ridiculous number of HD's(like 6 or 7). I've got a KS188, and I'd get the 1030

The mercades of full tower cases would be the addtronics 7896A and 6896A there beautiful cases for only about 80-100 without power supply. 1 120mm up front 80 or 92 above that, 92mm rear, and 2 80mm up top for drive cooling, case is very stiff, the swinging doors are nice and the wheels, adn the fan hanger the you can mount right above the CPU. Got a very clean look, the front also has a removeable filter. My top choice above antec and chenbro.
