I don't want to be thread crapping, but I thought I might mention that Onvia keeps your credit card info in their db online. When I tried to order (in stock, out of stock, in stock, backordered I found out the hard way and was not happy about it. Cancelled my account with them due to that.

Otherwise, the antec case is great! I was trying for the sx1030b, but couldn't get it. Settled for the KS188 + PP303X and love it. It's very roomy and not as big as you'd expect for 13 bays...

I ordered the SX830, had to fight, but after two weeks they found "one"
somewhere and expedited it for me, before they went to firstsource.
I love it
best case i've used.

I had a friend who ordered the KS282 for 49 deal and although
they ran out, his order was fulfilled but he says the case
is a cheap piece of crapolia and that shocked me cuz this
guy is like Mr. Particleboard everything, not particular at all.

I told him to go look at the sx830 which he did and sure
enuff he loves it, so lesson learned is spend less get less,
but for a little more, you might get a whole lot.

I did tell him to salvage the 300 watt ps before he sells it
for what he paid for it......heehehehe

I don't know if you only talked to a CSR, but if you did, you need to speak with a supervisor. That is what a co-worker of mine did on Monday. The CSR gave him grief and he asked to speak to a supervisor, (named John), who reinstated his order. If you ordered before the 7th of Jan, your order will be reinstated. Be nice, but be firm and you will get your case. Good luck.
