Just talked with the ONvia CSR and asked about my cancelled order. He told me they are in stock and my order would be shipping out of Dallas , Expect it by Monday. Same price $49.99 shipped. Finally!!

It's the Antec KS282 + 300 watt smart power supply upgrade. I do think the deal is dead, and you will only have success if your order was cancelled earlier. I could be wrong.

Hey PhillyC you sure that's the exact same case at CompUSA? 60 bucks isn't that bad a price, i might go pick it up at CSU if it's there...

Here is a funny one. I ordered a SX830 on jan 6. On the 11th it was cancelled because it was not in stock. So today I notice Onvia has them in stock again so I call to see if I can get the old price. The guy says I show you have a 33lb package arriving tomorrow. It was already shipped, even after the cancel e-mail and the canceled status on the Onvia order page. I guess you never know.

Thanks for the info. A co-worker ordered on the 5th and they cancelled on the 11th. I told him about this post and he called, and a CSR gave him some grief, and he asked to talk to a supervisor. This guy's name was John who promptly said "we have a couple in stock and we'll send one right out". If anyone calls for their cancelled orders and the CSR says he/she can't do it, ask for a supervisor. This only applies to cases that were ordered before the 7th when they were 49.00 and Firstsource wasn't involved with Onvia at the time.

Hey, Thanks. :) Just had my order reinstated for six cases!!

Lady I talked to said anyone who ordered before and got it canceled could now call and have thier order reinstated.

Hurry before they run out again.

waited on the phone for about 10 minutes ....
finally got a CSR ... told him that my order was canceled a while ago
and he said that it will be ship to me TOMORROW
and should arrive by Next Tuesday .... COOL

Got it! Called and spoke with Jennifer .... very pleasant and helpful. Said she could reinstate order and it will ship tomorrow. Thanks for the tip, imonarock. ;)

Well, after they cancelled I decided to purchase the Antec sx1030 instead. Do you think I should reinstate my order or go ahead and get the sx1030? What to do, what to do??

Thanks imonarock. I just called Onvia and had them reinstate my cancelled order for this case and they did. Said they were going to ship tommorrow. When I checked my order status summary it said cancelled but when I selected the order detail it showed shipped!

Got my order reinstated by Jennifer, the greatest CSR I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I told her about my order being cancelled and told her it was the "Antec case" and she said "no problem, I'll reinstate your order [gave her order number] and we'll have it shipped out to you tomorrow at the same price. If you still want it..." Of course I did.

Thanks for the heads up imonarock. I had even called last week and they wouldn't reinstate the order. I'm so happy, that I'm ashamed. You know you're a computer geek when...

I just called Onvia and they reinstated my order with no problems. The CSR said that they've been getting quite a few calls on this case. Shipping tomorrow... Great!!!
