Thanks for the info. A co-worker ordered on the 5th and they cancelled on the 11th. I told him about this post and he called, and a CSR gave him some grief, and he asked to talk to a supervisor. This guy's name was John who promptly said "we have a couple in stock and we'll send one right out". If anyone calls for their cancelled orders and the CSR says he/she can't do it, ask for a supervisor. This only applies to cases that were ordered before the 7th when they were 49.00 and Firstsource wasn't involved with Onvia at the time.
