Why not just buy the Aspire Qpack from newegg for $89? It's got a better PSU (only slightly) and better configured for cooling. Plus, no rebates to deal with, which BTW you should really make mention when you post a thread like this. I hate coming into hot deal threads that require rebates cause I never purchase a product because it has a rebate. I'd rather buy something for 3 times as much money then deal with a rebate for 1/5th of the price. Heck, I rather have all my teeth pulled out with a pair of rusty pliars then deal with rebates ever again.

Also, for those making SFF's.. you might still want to wait because there are hopefully some new motherboards coming out that finally halfway decent.

Awesome, thanks. I think I'll grab one. The psu in my iDeq 200v just died and I think I could use the extra space of a mATX system anyways. Anyone have a recommendation for an inexpensive mobo for an Athlon XP 2600+ for this case? Anyone want an iDeq 200v SFF case/mobo with a dead PSU?

Personally I like my FIC "Ice Cube" VL67. It's not mATX, but it's got some spiffy clear side windows, cool little blue LEDs, and has pretty decent cooling. It's much smaller than mATX SFF cases, which means even more portable. It costs more than the Antec, but it also comes with PSU, specially fitted HSF and an air vent. Well worth the money IMHO. :)

I agree wholeheartedly. A price like this that requires a rebate should ALWAYS be in the subject line. I agree about rebates, with one exception.... Staples. Their new easy rebates are actually respectable! You can file them from your PC without having to mail them in, and you're given a claim number which is trackable.
