Antec Aria Case Cooling

Hey everyone, I just built my first pc and am alittle concerned about cooling [which i know very little about]. I also want to make my computer produce less fan noise and was wondering if i could get some pointers. i am also concerned that it may be running alittle warm. i also am having an issue with the memory card reader not working..anyone had the same problems?

one more note, during a 3dmark03 cpu test, it frooze my computer and when i restarted it had lowered the resolution significantly. This has happened every time i run that particular test. thanks

1gb 3200
radeon 9800 pro 128
GIGABYTE GA-K8VM800M motherboard

Every once in a while my memory card goes out. I have to open the case and re-plug it into the headers to get it to work... pain in the rear. I have a P4 2.8 Northwood in my Aria (passive radeon 9000 video card and only one HD) and find I need to run a slot fan to keep the computer cool when doing DVD encoding (figure an hour or two of 100% CPU).
