Probably another dumb question.
I have the KS282 Antec case...it has 7 slots for cards. The new Abit socket A board has 1-AGP, 6-PCI, 1-ISA ...that is 8. I think the ISA and the last PCI share a position ...am I right? Just want to make sure before I order the Abit mainboard.
Thanks.

Lol Neos.
The last PCI and ISA slots on the board are shared, so you can only use 1 at a time.

so:

1 AGP
+6 PCI
--------
=7 slots

or

1 AGP
+5 PCI
+1 ISA
---------
=7 slots

:D

Neos,

It is not clear from your post which Abit board you are talking about. But I have the Abit KT7 and Antec 282 and they work great together!

My roommate has the same combo. The PCI and ISA slot use the same slot on the case, and you won't have any problems in that area!
