Since it is clearance, no guarantee that it will be at the store when you go there. But at $10 cheaper than normal is cheap =P
 
SVC also has the TT smart fan for the same price. I have the 120mm version of the TT, and it works perfect.
I think it's a better deal than the Antec because it comes with a manual speed controler, which is what I use to control the speed/ noise. If you don't already have a manual fan controller, then it becomes a big plus IMO.
