Hi guys, I had posted in another topic about my hard drive spinning down for a very long time while booting up when I first installed my GF 6800GT. With this new PS (old one was 350W sparkle) I still have the HDD spinning down for about 3 seconds before booting into windows. My father claims he has the same issue and has always had it. I was wondering if anyone else knows anything about this. My current rails are 12.01, 5.01 with a multimeter and the rail via software for 3.3 is 3.24. any advice is appreciated.
