Antec 5500 TPII makes annoying noise

.. during work, I don't think it is the fan, but the electric/electronic parts. It sounds like mechanic clock ticking.

Of course, it also gets pretty hot due to single fan that is venting from hot mobo into the PSU.

So- beware.
