It probably means it has a power cable for Serial ATA devices, which is different from the normal 4-pin molex. Is that what you are looking for?

I've got a couple of Zippy HP2-6460P PSUs up on eBay right now at $95. shipped (newegg was selling them for around $115 shipped but now OOS). Just search on Zippy and you'll find them.
