Antec 380true vs 350SL Silent Power Supply

Hey guys, looking at buying a 3700BQE, but the power supply that comes with it is not as good as the antec true380 that I have hanging around. I'm buying this case in order to keep things quiet, so what I'm asking is would it be worth my time to mod the true380 with two new 92mm fans and use that? or just sell it and keep the 350 that, from what i hear, is already really quiet.
What fans would you guys recommending if I were to do it?
If I was already changing the psu out, should I just get the AMB since its ~$20 cheaper?
If I redid the true380 in the AMB, cut out the fan grilles with my dremel, and replaces the 120mm fan in the back, compared to the BQE, which would be a better system?
Any recommendations at all, or where to buy either case of fans would be awesome, thanks

Also where is a decent place to buy fans? Every place seems over priced except for SVC, any other places?
 
What brand is that new PSU (thermaltake?) Unless it is Enermax or OCZ it isn't going to be better than it. I would keep the Antec. Modding isn't really necessary but hey whatever flots your boat.

i had an sl, i wouldn't consider it quiet. its medium. its got the bs fan control. whisper quiet at boot, then the sensor warms up and it kicks up and stays medium speed forever
 
Anyone mod the 350SL from the BQE? or a true380? Im not sure which one I want to use
The 350SL uses an 80mm exhaust while the true380 uses two 92mm right?
