Antec 350W PS - Good enough for new P4 2.5Hhz system?

I currently have an antec case with a 350W ATX 2.01 PS

Will this be good enough to power a new P4(845E) system say 2.5-2.8ghz, 1GB RAM, Multiple HD and burners

It is currenly powering a 1.33Ghz AMD. I am going to do the switch and go to the dark side - the performance is compelling.

Make sure it "P4 ready" with the proper connectors.

How do I know if the connector is proper or it is P4 ready? Is it the same connector?

Look at the connectors from the power supply, in order for it to be P4 ready, you need to have a 2x2 4 pin connector in addition to the 20 pin ATX connector.
