Antec 300 watt psu

I'm putting togather a system with a Soyo Dragon+, XP1700+ and hopefully an Antex SX-830 Case with 300 watt PSU. AMD recommends a 350 watt PSU. I really like the case. Is anyone running a similar system with the 300 watt. Will I be ok with this. I'm really stretching my budget the way it is. Or, does anyone know where I can get the case without the PSU so I can order the 400 watt separately? Any comments or experiences appreciated?

I have the 300W Antec PS in an SX-1030B. I think it might be a little light weight for my rig. XP 1800+ ,etc. TCO is not very good.

I decided to go with the sx-840 case with the 400 what psu. It's not listed on AMD's site but I think it should be fine. Any thoughts?

All the stuff in my machine runs off a 300W Antec. 1700+, 5 drives, GF2...
