Antec 300 vs 300 II

300-2, better cable management and cooling and USB 3.0. Also it can accommodate larger graphics cards. The 300 is only attractive when you can get it for $45 shipped and get the $15 rebate.

302 is far better. HDD cage perpedicular to case length axis, cable management, USB 3.0, bottom intake area for PSU fan, toolless bays.

I just picked of a Fractal Arc Midi, and came from an Antec 300. This case is absolutely amazing, but it just became discontinued. Fractals look to have some great cases.

Thanks for the input!! Are there any cases you would recommended above the 302?

Plenty of cases are better than 302 but also more expensive. At the same price point, there are usually a couple of others I would consider like Corsair 200R and 300R, NZXT Source 210 Elite and 220 and Tempest 410, and a few others. Sometimes newegg has a $90-100+ case on sale for $70-80 or so after rebate, such deals are usually preferable to any of the above. E.g. Corsair 400R, Corsair C70, Fractal Design R4 recently.

I like the look of it better, especially the curved side bars on the front panel.

If Antec released a 302 with black interior and a windowed side similar to Eleven Hundred, it'd be a winner. It's already marketed to gamers, and that'd just make it even more appealing
