Antec 300 Question

Hello!

I'm thinking of buying a new case for my secondary 24/7 rig and have decided to go for an Antec 300. It's small and very neat looking. Will fit nicely under my desk which holds my primary rig.

Now I need to know, will a Thermalright TRUE Black 120 CPU cooler fit inside the case? Also, if the TRUE is mounted will the top 140 mm fan need to be take out?

Secondary System Specs:

Proccy: Phenom II X4 940 BE
Mobo: Asus M4A78-EM/1394
Memory: 2 X 2GB Corsair XMS2
 
I've used a Noctua NH-U12P with push/pull fans in that case which is basically the same size (TRUE is 160x132x63mm, Noctua is 158x126x71mm) and it fit with the top 140mm left in. It was tight but doable.
 
Thanks kami for the reply! I guess then the TRUE Black 120 should fit in the case. Ordered the case today, should be getting it in a few days time.
