this one isnt bad for a med/low flow fan. You are going to have issues looking for a a higher flowing fan with white LED's, white is not a popular colow. You could however always mod the fan of your choice with white LED's.
well i dont really know much about fans thats why i asked lol
my case has two case fans at the moment at the top and back
i need to get one for the side and two for the front

I own a 300 and used to use it as my gaming pc case. I used all 60-80CFM fans and it cooled my computer very well but was a little noisy. You might have better luck with blue LED fans if looking for more than 50-70CFM of airflow.
If you want to keep it ultra quiet i would forget the LED fans and grab some Scythe Gentle Typhoon's.
That way you lower the RPM by setting the fans to 5V or 7V down from 12V with the voltage control cables and enjoy quietness if you want. I don't know how quiet a 2000RPM would be at 5V, depends on the fan, I suppose. For me though, any more than 600-700RPM is not quiet anymore 😛
The main problem in your case is that you don't have intakes... Your components are "suffocating", that's why they heat up.
What are you running that you are so worried about extra airflow in that case?
I'm running tht case with the 2 stock ones set to low and the the remaining 2 I have in the case undervolted to 5v (they spin at about 900rpm and are silent)
This is with a q9550 + cm 212 + ep45-udp3 + gtx570
Idles at mid 30's and never exceeds 50c (chipset or cpu) full load at stock speeds.
That is kinda crazy overkill. Without a fan controller it's gonna be LOUD. I'm not sure if you've heard a 2000 RPM fan in action before, but they sound like an airplane propeller. Those fans should be OK as long as you're not into quiet computer, but you're going to need some way of dialing down the voltage if you value your hearing.
I had an Antec 300, and it has very good airflow. It's basically an open case. These would have been very quiet and more than sufficient:
