if the corner is too sharp, the material will not bend and will scrunch up.
 
I know it will bunch up. Where are they coming up with the 2.75". I'm measuring out for my side panel, and have no clue as to what 2.75" inches is, and how they are coming up with it.
 
Radius of 2.75" at the tightest. If you try to make a tighter bend than that, the material will bend in such a way that it will not have a flat profile.

Okay. So I can make a circle with the radius of 3", use it to round the corners, and it's good. Okay.... Cool. Thanks.
