Tas, they are reffering to the radius at the corner. A radius any tighter and the molding will/can buckel presenting
an unattractive result. On your templet just set the radius up at 2.75" on the corners. Any tighter you would have to go
with a square window and cut the molding at a 45 degree angel and match up the sharp corners.

EDIT: After a close look at the pics of that molding going to squared corners would make
installing the window difficult.

Thanks GY. I just couldn't figure out what measurement they were talking about. Now I guess I don't have to figure out the radius to use--I was just arbitrarily using 2". Thanks!
