I know, I know. Someone will say "How do you become a senior member and don't know that?" but I did.

Anyway,I have never been introduced to Netscape but, I have recently noticed that I can't get certain webpages(Hot Deals, not Porn) in IE but I am told I have to use Netscape Browser.

How do I do it?

Thanks in advance, Jeff.

Thanks guys, I actually did that even before your replies. But now that I have Netscape I don't like it (too much clutter, too many boxes)

I guess I will have to uninstall it because it has made itself my default browser and now my desktop shortcuts don't work.(Probably something I checked and shouldn't have).

Just re-designate IE as the default . . . (menu item tools, programs, "IE Should Check to see . . ."

i think you downloaded netscape 6, which is full of aol junks. if you want to use netscape, i suggest you get netscape 4.7x
go here to download

when you run netscape for the first time, it will ask if you want to make it your default browser. if you choose yes, all the html files will open on netscape. if you choose no and "don't check next time", your msie will stay as the default

if you later decide not to make netscape your default, just follow what edfreeman said (msie -> tools -> option -> program -> msie should check ....)

Yea, use NS 4.7x. Much less clutter and kickass Bookmark(Favorites) management.

Try mozilla .92.. I like it

Also, Try Opera 5.12.. I LOVE it. Not enough to marry, but I'd take it on a vacation or 2.
