That's a dissection. We did those in high school. I'm not much of a cat person so it wasn't hard to stomach.

That said, white meat.
 
Pork = red meat. It just appears in some cuts to have a slightly white color. Ever look at bacon? It is red. Ham? Red. Any mammal* is truely red meat no matter what the TV ads try to tell you.

Now if this is some math joke, I missed it big time.

I briefly visited their AP Bio class - they were dissecting cats. When they came to calculus, they had that question for me, since no one knew the answer.
