got a call from a client store today. Their store dropped from the network. After 15 mins of conversation these words were spoken to me form the manager of the store.... " I asked Billy (name changed) to clean the server room and he pulled out both hard drives from the server to clean the dust from them " .... the fvcking moron pulled both hard drives (SCSI | hot swapable )from the server while the server was running. Needless to say that call occupied me for the rest of the day 🙁

I printed out the transcript of that call and posted in the cafeteria ..... I had 5 people stop by to see how I was doing 🙂
