so i bought this over a month ago but never had time to mess with it until now. installed windows just fine, shut down computer, turn it back on, hard drive is completely dead. doesn't even spin. *sigh i have such bad luck. the 40 minutes i had with it was fun.........................

don't take it to heart every manufacturer has a small percentage of falures

give them a chance to make it right
