Deputies: Man charged after rubbing buttered toast on neighbor's car.
UNION, SC (FOX Carolina) -
A man was charged with malicious damage to property after a witness reportedly saw him rubbing buttered toast on the windshield of a car, according to the Union County Sheriff's Office report.
On Saturday the witness noticed her neighbor, Christopher Brannon, 34, wiping something on the back windshield of her car in what appeared to be a cleaning motion, the deputies report said.
When the witness later went out to the car she found a greasy film on her back windshield and a piece of buttered toast laying on the ground nearby, according to the report.
Brannon was charged with malicious damage and released on a personal recognizance bond.​

Have to laugh, trying to imagine how that situation came to be. What goes through your head that you decide to rub buttered toast on a car. Hardcore.

My only question is, when did he decide to use the buttered toast for this act of vandalism? Was the buttered toast just a 'weapon of opportunity' laying on the table or did he actually first decide that buttered toast would be a great tool for the job and then went ahead and toasted a piece of wonderbread, and meticulously slathered the butter on it with that smirk on his face all while the thoughts in his head are about how he is going to smear it on this person's car

Police in American Fork, Utah, have issued an abandoned-vehicle ticket to a Barbie Jeep owned by two young girls.

The toy was left overnight on the sidewalk next to the family’s driveway, and when the father of the two girls who left it there woke up, he found it parked behind his SUV — with an abandoned vehicle ticket on it.

What’s even more astonishing is the attitude of the police spokesman being interviewed.

“These little girls are very lucky,” he intones. “Normally we would tow it away.”
